the new datafeeds OpenTick and Transact are not available In QM nor in symboladd feature in charting. The dll's for these feeds are present. Is there a way to force MC to find these Dll feeds or do I have to reinstall.

With 777.777 you should have 17 datafeeds. It means you should have 17 .dll files in "D:\Program Files\Common Files\TS Support\TSServer\Datafeeds" folder.
Probably the DLLs were not registered in OS properly.
You should try to re-register appropriate DLLs for missing datafeeds:
1. Start > Run.
2. Type in regsvr32 tsOTDataFeed.dll
3. Click OK.
4. Click OK in the window prompted.
5. Repeat for other missing datafeeds.
